Road accidents can occur, among which are due to a collision between two vehicles. The main factor is the negligence of the driver or the motorcyclist himself. The rider needs to identify the positions that may cause a collision between two vehicles. Six (6) identified positions may result in a violation.
Collision with the vehicle in front
Failed the application of the distance rule followed correctly. Often riders follow too closely.
Collision with the vehicle behind
- Don't see the right or left side mirror
- Do not practice distance rules if the vehicle behind follows too close
- Not signaling lights in sufficient time Signal
Do not practice the rule 3 seconds before changing course.
Violation when cutting
- Riders are not wise to make decisions, like should overtaking?
- The rider failed to adopt the cutting rule. The rider also fails to look forward at least within 100 meters forward or 12 seconds ahead
- The rider failed to check the 'blind spot' area by looking right.
Violation from the side / at the crossroads
- Not planning a trip. Less sure of the direction of the route.
- Failing to signal and failing to communicate with other road users the situation becomes less safe
- Don't use the rules at the crossroads
Collision with the vehicle from the front
- Failed to look forward at least within 12 seconds forward or 100 meters ahead
- Do not understand the rule of dodging from the front direction
- Don't want to give up i.e. move left again or into the left lane.
