Brake failed to work

1. If the driver presses the brake pedal, and the brake pedal directly touches the floor the driver will have to pump the brake pedal several times. This action is likely to restore the braking pressure. If the pressure fails to be restored and the road is safe, pull the handbrake gradually to slow down the vehicle. Switch to low gear by using engine compression power to slow down the vehicle
2. If the brakes fail to work when on a hill, steep hill, or the vehicle is endangering another road user, pull the handbrake gradually to slow down the vehicle. Change to low gear and find a suitable and safe place to stop the vehicle
